Why does my booking say “test mode”?

LetzCharter is currently in our testnet phase — a public, in-progress validation of our marketplace before we accept real customer payments.

What this means for you

  • You can browse operators, see real vehicles and pricing, and complete the full booking flow.
  • Your payment will use a test card rather than your real credit card. You will not be charged.
  • The operator you book with will see your inquiry, but no real money moves.

Why we’re doing it this way

Real charter bookings involve insurance, refunds, disputes, payouts to operators, and regulatory questions across states. We’re getting every one of those right before we move money. Operators are signing up at their permanently locked commission rates today, and we’ll activate real bookings the moment our operations and legal gates clear.

When can I actually book?

We don’t have a calendar date — we activate when ready, not on a deadline. We’d rather take longer and ship a marketplace that works than launch broken because we promised a date.
