LetzCharter, LLC operates the LetzCharter platform at letzcharter.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account registration: name, email, phone, company details, payment info (processed by Stripe)
- Operator profiles: company description, fleet details, pricing rules, driver information
- Booking information: trip details, passenger count, special requests
- Communications: messages, reviews, ratings, support requests
Collected automatically:
- Analytics (Umami): Privacy-focused, self-hosted, cookie-free. No personal data collected.
- Error tracking (Sentry): Technical error data for debugging.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operate the Platform (accounts, matching, quotes, bookings, payments)
- Send transactional communications (confirmations, receipts, status updates)
- Improve the Platform based on aggregated usage data
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
Operator profiles are publicly visible. Customer booking details are shared with the Operator fulfilling the booking.

6. Data Security
We use TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, role-based access controls, and Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) for payment processing. We never store credit card numbers.

You have the right to: access, correct, delete, or export your data, opt out of marketing, and withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA. European users have additional rights under GDPR.

8. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF protection) and Stripe payment cookies. Our analytics tool (Umami) does not use cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
