About our travel partners

How this page works
LetzCharter may earn a small commission when you book hotels, activities, or other travel services through links on this page or in our emails. The commission comes from our partner, not from you — it doesn’t change the price you pay or what we recommend. We only work with partners that fit group trips: hotels that can block rooms, activity platforms that book for groups, and a handful of travel essentials most organizers end up needing.
Why these partners
LetzCharter is the booking engine for group trip organizers. Our job is transportation, but most organizers also need rooms for the night, something to do when they arrive, and a few practical things in between. Instead of pretending those problems don’t exist, we point you at a short list of partners we’ve checked out for group fit. If a partner can’t handle a 30-person room block or a 50-person tour, they don’t make the list.
Our partners
Hotels — Booking.com
Booking.com is one of the few hotel platforms with a real group-block workflow and broad coverage across the cities our operators serve. It’s where most group organizers end up anyway, so we link directly instead of pretending we have something better.

Event Tickets — SeatGeek
SeatGeek covers concerts, sports, and live events in most of the cities we move groups to, and their deal score helps a trip organizer avoid the worst-seat-for-the-price trap. If you’re building a trip around an event, this is usually the fastest way to find and compare tickets.

Activities
Coming soon — we’re evaluating group-tour platforms now and will add one here only if it passes the group-fit test below.
Car Rentals
Coming soon — most of our volume is charter, not rental, so this is a lower priority. We’ll link a partner only if it meaningfully helps organizers.
Travel Insurance
Coming soon — we’re reviewing group-policy providers. This is the kind of thing we’d rather link to nothing than link to a bad fit.
eSIM
Coming soon — relevant for international trips. We’ll add one partner once we’ve tested it with a real group.
How we choose
We apply the same test to every partner we add:
- Group-trip fit. The partner has to handle the kind of volume group organizers actually book — room blocks, group tours, multi-seat tickets. Consumer-only tools don’t qualify.
- Quality. We use each partner ourselves before we recommend them. If the experience is bad, we don’t list them.
- No spam. We don’t sell your email to partners and we don’t let partners email you. When you click through, you deal with the partner directly on their site.
- Transparent pricing. The price you see on the partner’s site is the price you pay. Our commission comes out of the partner’s margin, not a surcharge on your booking.
Not a sponsorship
This is an affiliate program, not a sponsorship. We don’t accept pay-to-rank, pay-for-placement, or any arrangement where a partner can buy a better slot on LetzCharter. Nothing on this page influences how operators are ranked in search — that’s governed by how search ranking works and is completely separate from this program.
If a partner ever offered us more money to change what we recommend, we’d say no. If they offered us money to change what we recommend and we accepted, we’d tell you about it here. That’s the deal.
